Early bird discounted fee: Regular (USD500)，Student (USD150)
General fee: Regular (USD600)，Student (USD300)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and refund must be sent in writing with the application form to the phosphorsafari2024@gmail.com.
2. The refund administrative fees will be afforded by the applicant. Exception for force majeure factors, late applications will not be refunded.
3. No receipt will be provided to the person making the refund.
4. The refund processing time is about 30 working days.
Refund Policy for Registration Fees
1. From January 3rd to May 31st, an 80% refund will be issued after deducting administrative fees.
2. From June 1st to July 20th, a 70% refund will be issued after deducting administrative fees.
3. Cancellations after July 21st are not eligible for refunds.
